Brake Horsepower vs Wheel Horsepower
What's the difference between engine horsepower and wheel horsepower? Really it's just a matter of where the power is measured. If it's measured at the flywheel, it's the engine HP. If it's measured at the wheels, it's the wheel horsepower, which will be lower due to frictional losses throughout the drivetrain. For a complete description, check out the video below!
